President of Korea

Lillian and Muriel were asked to take part in the Incheon Festival and they got to meet the President of Korea. You can see two pictures of Muriel with the President at a "photo opp" but Lillian and I had to stand across the way from where they were. The security team came in and surrounded the place so we didn't even get to see much of what Muriel got to do. Muriel said the President said hello to her and then spoke in Korean. At least she had a good time and got to do something very special. Please feel free to share the pics!

You can click on the following two links to see Muriel.

Hope the suspense was worth it! We have been under tight security the entire week. Even at the festival the President's security guards ushered us to and from every where we went. People took our picture every where we went as well. I even got to stand backstage while all the other parents were out in the audience. We do get free tickets to the festival which is nice. Muriel and Lillian got free solar cars- of course they are little cardboard ones. Muriel got it as a special gift for meeting the President. Lillian got one for being left out!

I'll be posting the video and pics when I get home.
